Aug. 1998, three Scandinavian and the German Seaplane Associations signed a Memorandum of Understanding to establish a European Seaplane Pilots Federation within 9 months. For different reasons this never happened. Here is the Mou

In connection with the Hanse Sail Splash-In, Rostock 7 - 10 august 2003, these gentlemen established the european federation of seaplane associations. The first president of the board is Kjell Sandberg, Sweden.
